We take the Fuss out of shopping, where you can just browse and order from the privacy and comfort of your own home and we take care of the rest.
All shipping times are dependent on product availability. At this time, we only ship from our Fulfilment Centre in Sydney, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Australian statutory holidays.
Please note that in the case of multiple items, NaturallySilk.com.au may ship products as they become available. Consequently, your order may be shipped to you in a number of pieces. Orders of this nature are only charged ONCE for shipping, regardless of the number of separate shipments sent.
Domestic orders can be expected within 2 to 14 business days after shipping from our Fulfilment Centre. You will receive an email when we despatch your order.
International orders can be expected within 5 to 14 business days after shipping from our Fulfilment Centre depending on the postal service in the country of delivery.
Your shipping charges are based on the number of items ordered and the country we are shipping to. For shipping cost please use our shipping estimator at checkout.
NaturallySilk.com.au makes every effort to fulfil all orders placed, however we cannot guarantee the "in stock position" at any of our suppliers and occasionally we are informed a title is no longer available; if this is the case we will notify the customer via e-mail and remove the title from the website. Remember that your credit card is only charged when your order is dispatched to you.
The Customer is solely responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees as well as the insurance.
Payments made via Cheque/Money Order/Bank Deposit/Internet Transfer/PayPal; must be remitted within 3 days of purchase or your order will be subject to cancellation without notice.

We guarantee all insured orders. If you receive any product that is damaged, contact our Customer Service with your order # and brief description. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible (depending on product availability). Once we have received the damaged product at our processing centre, we will credit your account for the return shipping charges.
If your product is lost during shipment, we will do our best to replace your product as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). In order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait until the maximum delivery time has expired before replacing your product.
